GPG PROPERTIES find the investment of your dreams is the commercial representative brand of the real estate developments of the Group GPG RE Investors, Developers and Builders and of its partners – Edilchianti Costruzioni Group and the Cooperative Company Staggia Futura a.r.l.- with whom collaborates for the realization of some developments.
The Group is by now present and operative on the Italian market, mainly in Tuscany, from more than 25 years and carries out mainly the activities of investor, builder and promoter of residential developments (renovations, reconstructions and new constructions), resorts, residences, hotels, commercial buildings and small industrial and craft buildings.
Moreover the Group has 2 special sections.
The first, specialized in services, this mainly to fulfil the needs of our Italian and international clients. Services that, according to us, allow to optimize the final result and to definitely make possible the investment of the dreams.
Instead, the second one, is committed to innovation and specialized in bio- housing, bio-architecture, and sustainable systems. This section has an experience of over 10 years and allows to optimize the relationship between the buildings and the environment in which are placed and to reduce the management and maintenance costs.
