We offer, thanks to the help of an equipe of selected professionals, upon request, the service of fiscal and legal advice. We believe that this is important in order to guarantee to our customers, mainly foreigner, the possibility to be sure of the transparency of the eventual costs of their investment.

The Group uses, for what concerns the interior design, the experience and the collaboration of leader italian companies.
Project by project, we have the possibility to supply different furnishing packages that are ad hoc studied and that can be both of modern or classical taste.
CONTRACTUAL ASSISTANCE AND CONSULTANCY
The Group can follow the customer in the contractual fazes. For this concern, the Group can upon request address the customer to a good notary and to various property specialized lawyers.
TRANSLATION AND INTERPRETER SERVICE
For our international clients we supply a translation service on all the informational material related to each development.
AFTER SALES SERVICE
We offer upon request a series of after sales services, such as the installation of gas and electricity, internet, telephone line etc.
